Cancellation Policy

We require a 72-hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduled parties. If you cancel or reschedule within less than 72 hours of your scheduled event, a $200.00 fee will be charged. This fee covers the loss of scheduled time and preparation for your event.

Weather Policy

If rain or inclement weather is expected, the customer is responsible for providing some form of covering (such as tents, patios, or other sheltered areas) for the chef to cook under to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your event due to weather conditions, you must do so within 72 hours of your scheduled party to avoid the $200.00 fee.
